I'm lucky that I can work on a variety of projects related to my day time job, as well as have the opportunity to take on freelance projects in my "free time"! I was lucky enough to be introduced to the fabulous Cathie Cappa of Auntie Cathie's Cafe by a mutual friend earlier this spring. This gal is dynamic, full of energy, and such a genuine soul. She presented me with her long-time idea of having a YouTube channel where she shows folks how to make simple, healthy, easy recipes. She had me a "pickles"!
